Lin ("the Service") is a tool for creating and publishing LinkedIn content, operated by AI Joe Solutions ("we"). The Service connects to your LinkedIn account only through LinkedIn's official API (OAuth), drafts posts based on writing samples you provide, and publishes or deletes posts only after you've explicitly approved the exact text. The Service does not read your feed, does not like, comment, or share on your behalf, and does not access any information you haven't approved.
Use of the Service is permitted for people 18 and older, and only by the legal owner of the connected LinkedIn account, or someone authorized by them to act on their behalf. Use of the Service is also subject to LinkedIn's own User Agreement and API terms — compliance with those terms is your responsibility as the account owner.
The Service is limited to up to 150 drafts and improvements per month and up to 12 scheduled posts per month per account, to maintain system stability and prevent abuse. Limits may change; material changes will be posted in the dashboard.
A new account gets a 14-day free trial, with no payment method required upfront. After that, use of the Service requires a monthly subscription at $10. Any price changes will be announced in advance and will not apply retroactively or without notice.
Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with no payment method required — so you can fully try the service before we ever charge anything. After the trial ends, you can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page; cancelling stops the next charge, but access to the Service continues until the end of the period already paid for — there are no refunds for a period already charged. If you believe you were charged in error, write to us at linagent@shlif.app and we'll review each case individually.
You can disconnect the LinkedIn connection, delete all stored data (writing voice, drafts, scheduled posts, publish history, analytics), or permanently delete your entire account — all at any time, from the Settings page.
You may not use the Service to create illegal, misleading, abusive, or infringing content, and you may not attempt to bypass usage limits or use the Service in an automated way beyond its intended use (drafting, approval, publishing).
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service in the event of a breach of these terms, abuse, or non-payment.
The Service is provided "as is," particularly during the current beta period, with no commitment to continuous availability. We are not responsible for actions LinkedIn itself takes against your account (such as suspension or a block) for reasons unrelated to use of the Service.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be posted here along with the date of the last update.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any dispute will be heard in the competent courts in Israel.
Lin is operated by AI Joe Solutions, licensed business no. 308163583, address Metzulot Yam St. 8B, Apt. 1, Givatayim, Israel.
